Happy November, Running Springs and fellow mountain communities!
It's time for NaNoWriMo -- which in case you didn't know is National Novel Writing Month! It's that favorite time of year when all aspiring writers settle into their writing caves and attempt to product a 50,000 word manuscript in 30 short days! You can learn more about the national phenomenon that is NaNoWriMo, and even register for the challenge at The NaNoWriMo Website.
With that in mind, our resident writer Aaron is setting up weekly NaNoWriMo "write-ins" for anyone who would like to join and make the most of the moral support and encouragement that comes from doing things with other like-minded people!
The 'write-in' meetings will be held every Wednesday evening from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the Sugar Chalet (located at 31988 Hilltop Blvd in the Running Springs village).
Be sure to bring a laptop, notebook, pens, pencils, and your imagination! Can't wait to see you there!
